Modern dyeing and finishing – first class products

Supported by an extensive equipped laboratory, we dye woven and knitted fabrics, made of Cotton, Polyester, Polyamide, Viscose etc.,and of course different blends. The machines are nearly all SPS controlled. Their loading capacities are, depending on the quality, approx. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 80, 100-150, 200-300, 400 and 500 kg of material. Furthermore, we can also dye on cold pad batch units with two padders.

To hydroextract tubular fabrics, a new vacuum suction extractor was put into operation last year. This machine is a new development by the Suchy company and is still unique. We hereby achieve creaseless fabrics and also excellent crease-resistance.

For surface treatment we have two open-width raising machines, a tubular raising machine, an emerizing machine and two shearing machines.

In the finishing department, we have a belt dryer, two 6-zone tenters, two top-tex units and two tube calenders.

On request we can deliver all qualities cloth controlled, labelled and packed in foil.
