The Laboratory – Fundament for a safe production

In our laboratory  we dye more than 150 lab-dips per day.

During the past few months, the laboratory equipment has been modernized, respectively renewed. Colourmatching can now be carried out quicker and safer. We run our 80 dyeing spots in two shifts. A fully automatic laboratory dispensing unit from Tecnorama, dispense the dyeing liquors to the infrared heated dyeing units.

The dyeing results are checked both visually and with colorimetry.

Only due to using sophisticated techniques and utmost precision in our laboratory, a laboratory-to-bulk transfer can be ensured.

Achieving high quality standards is also an essential part of our laboratory aims. We test and control the requirements of the finished products, including various fastness, mechanical and schrinkage  properties.
